FairVote Minnesota is a nonprofit charity under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. It depends on support from the public for its continued existence and operation. Contributions to FairVote Minnesota support our action agenda - grassroots advocacy, campaign and lobbying efforts - and, as such, are not tax deductible. Copies of the IRS determination letter and financial statements are available upon request.
