Truth to Tell Tackles Instant Run-off Voting

Truth to Tell hosts Andy Driscoll and Craig Cox present an in depth discussion on instant run-off voting (IRV) in Minneapolis. Guests include Tony Solgard of FairVote Minnesota and Jeanne Massey, director of the Minneapolis Better Ballot Campaign. During the second half-hour, free-lance journalist and community activist Lynell Mickelson and free-lance editor/writer David Brauer join the conversation.
