    What an amazing story Minneapolis’ inaugural Ranked Choice Voting election is to tell! Brilliant, competent, outstanding, glitch-free, smooth, seamless, easy... These are just a few descriptions we hear about Minneapolis’ transition to Ranked Choice Voting (RCV).
